Brothers and Sisters of CWA local 7270,

I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to give you a quick update on a few things. 

First off, Denise and myself are working on a few grievances at second and third step.  While we cannot discuss the details of each grievance at this time, what we can tell you is that they are dealing with a wrongful termination and PTO scheduling.

Second, Rhonda is working on the Sweatshirt Order, we are anticipating delivery sometime in the first quarter of 2010.  If you feel inclined, please take a minute and thank Rhonda for her hard work on organizing this.  It is a monumental task to organize all of the sizes and colors.

Third, I would like to thank ALL of our Stewards for their hard work and dedication to our local.

Fourth, Metro Area Membership Meetings are for you!!!  Please make an effort to attend these meetings, we have them scheduled for January, March, and May for 2010, please refer to the main page for dates.  All meetings are held at the Farmington American Legion on Highway 3.

Fifth, I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday season with your families.
